Valérie has been working at Ecole des Trois Ponts since 1997. She is your Director and head teacher. In her spare time, she also enjoys swimming, travelling and studying ancient civilizations.


Chef and Cooking Teacher Lilian DEAL
Qualifications
Cooking studies in Roanne. Several years experience in different restaurants in Roanne, la Réunion, Terres Australes and Antartiques.
Lilian is our in-house chef and cooking teacher for both private and group classes. His hobbies include guitar, piano and drawing.
French teacher and Head of Groups Geneviève BRIENNON

Master of Teaching in French Linguistics & Techniques
Master of Language Sciences in Lyon

Geneviève has been with us since 2005 and is a full-time teacher at Ecole des Trois Ponts. She also teaches adults preparing for administrative competition contests. When she's not teaching, she enjoys volleyball, travelling and diverse readings.

Sylvie has worked in a number of restaurants and hotels as a cleaning lady. She enjoys gardening.

René founded the Ecole des Trois Ponts in 1991 and has spent many years developing it into the fine establishment it is today. His leisure time is filled with travelling, photography and English classic motorbikes.


Pastry and Chocolate Specialists Duet Laurice BESSON & Pierre FULACHIER
Qualifications
Pierre has a background in cooking and pastry. He worked in Paul Bocuse brasserie Le Sud in Lyon and in different restaurants.
Laurice has a Pastry training and worked in Pastry shops in Lyon and at Maison Pilati in Roanne.
They now own and run the Beaulieu Restaurant in Riorges.
