Arrive on Sunday at Lyon-St. Exupery Airport Transportation by coach organised by Ecole des Trois Ponts. Coach trip takes one and a half hours. 5pm guided visit of the Chateau de Matel 7.30pm Dinner at Chateau de Matel Monday 8am-8.50am Breakfast
Visit the world famous Emile Henri cookware shop
Visit J. LeBlanc Huilerie, a workshop specialising in stone-pressed, traditionally produced oil.
12.30pm Lunch at the Chateau
2 to 5pm: French classes at the chateau 7.30pm Dinner at the Chateau. Tuesday 9.15-12.15 French classes at the chateau. 12.30pm Lunch at the Chateau 5-7pm: Afternoon French classes 7.45pm Dinner at L'Astrée restaurant, run by gastronomic & creative Chef Simon Falcoz.
Wednesday
9am visit of Pilati Pastry/Chocolate shop, visit of "Les halles Diderot" indoor market.
12.30am Lunch at the Chateau de Matel 2.30 to 5.30pm French classes at the Chateau 7.30pm Dinner at the Chateau.
9.15-12.15 French classes at the chateau 12.30am Lunch at the Chateau de Matel 2pm Visit to Cotes Roannaises wine area and medieval villages.
7.30pm Dinner at the Chateau.
Friday 9.15-12.15 French classes at the chateau 1pm Lunch at Champlong Gastronomic Restaurant
Afternoon free, restaurant finishes around 4.30pm Saturday Breakfast and departure of group by coach to Lyon St. Exupery airport. Transportation by coach, organised by Ecole des Trois Ponts. Coach trip takes 1 and a half hours. Costs 900 hours for the group for private minibus. Cost per person based on
2 people sharing a twin room with private shower and toilet,
inclusive of all wines, meals and excursions. These prices are for the
months of January, February, March and April, for other period of time,
please consult us.
The accompanying group leader is accommodated free of charge.
