Exceptional 11th century romanesque basilica and pilgimage centre where mystic St. Marguerite is buried.

From Paray le Monial follow D79 through Charolles and onto D980 to Cluny.

Famous abbey and village. Guided tour possible. (Closed from midday to 2pm)

Anzy-le-Duc - Churhc affiliated with the Abbey in Charlieu and the famous abbey in Cluny. Superb acoustics. Concerts here in summertime.
