Valérie has been working at Ecole des Trois Ponts since 1997. She is our head teacher and one of our full-time French tutors. In her spare time, she also enjoys swimming, travelling and studying ancient civilizations.
Chef and Cooking Teacher: Mickaël PERRET

Cooking studies in Roanne together with 15 years experience as a restaurant chef
Mickaël joined us in 2007 and is our in-house chef and cooking teacher for both private and group classes. His hobbies include music (Ben Harper fan), basketball and cinema.
French teacher and Head of Groups: Geneviève BRIENNON

Geneviève has been with us since 2005 and is a full-time teacher at Ecole des Trois Ponts. She also teaches adults preparing for administrative competition contests. When she's not teaching, she enjoys volleyball, travelling and diverse readings.
French teacher: Adeline GATELIER

Before joining us as a French teacher, Adeline taught French at an institute specializing in immigrant integration in Sicily. Her hobbies include literature, cultural events and dance.
French Teacher: Emily CROZET

Emily joined our team in 2010 as a temporary French teacher, after gaining experience at l'Alliance Française and the Berlitz de Playa del Carmen Institute in Mexico. In her free time, she loves to dance and participate in a variety of sports.
French Teacher: Jean-Baptiste LIVET

Before joining us as a temporary French teacher, Jean-Baptiste taught at the University of Araquara in Brazil. He plays the drums and guitar (rock music) and enjoys literature and travelling.
Wine consultant: Gérard WILLENBUCHER

Oenology (wine-making) studies in Beaune and Dijon
Côte Roannaise wine producer and oenologist
Gérard is responsible for teaching our wine courses. In his spare time, he enjoys walking, fishing, cycling and renovating old houses.

Alain enjoys the great outdoors, especially hiking in the French countryside.

René founded the Ecole des Trois Ponts in 1991 and has spent many years developing it into the fine establishment it is today. Most recently he has overseen the extension of Villa Beaulieu's accommodation facilities. His leisure time is filled with travelling, photography and English classic motorbikes.
